Integrations
Moto Agent + Zapier
Connect your wireless store to the rest of your workflow. Send real-time events out to 7,000+ apps, and trigger actions back into Moto Agent from the tools you already use.

One connection. Two directions.
Outbound triggers push Moto Agent events into Zapier. Inbound actions let Zapier, or any tool with your API key, write data back into Moto Agent.
Outbound triggers, Moto Agent tells Zapier what happened
Every time a key event happens in your store, Moto Agent sends a structured payload to your Zapier webhook. Use it to log sales in a spreadsheet, notify a Slack channel, add customers to an email platform, or trigger any of the 7,000+ apps Zapier supports.
POS sale completed
Fires the moment a sale is tendered at the register. Includes receipt number, items, totals, payment method, staff member, customer, coupon, loyalty points used, and any gift-card tender.
Repair ticket status changed
Fires when a repair ticket is created or moves between statuses: checked in, diagnosing, waiting on customer, waiting on parts, in repair, ready for pickup, picked up, or declined/returned.
New customer created
Fires when a new customer profile is saved from the POS, online store, repair intake, or Back office. Includes name, phone, email, and marketing opt-in.
New online order created
Fires when a customer places an order on your Moto Agent storefront. Includes order number, fulfillment type, items, totals, customer, and coupon/loyalty details.
Marketplace order paid
Fires when your shop completes payment on a wholesale marketplace purchase order. Includes vendor, PO number, items, and totals.
Included on Free and Growth
Outbound triggers are available on every plan. You only need a Zapier account on their side.
Inbound actions, Zapier tells Moto Agent what to do
Growth merchants can post actions into Moto Agent from Zapier. This is how you keep Moto Agent in sync with the rest of your stack without writing code or managing a developer app.
Create or update a customer
Send a customer from another CRM, form tool, or spreadsheet into Moto Agent. If the phone or email already exists, the profile is updated instead of duplicated.
Create a repair ticket
Open a drop-off ticket from a Zap. Include device type, issue, customer contact, passcode, estimate, deposit, priority, and promised date.
Update repair status
Move an existing repair ticket to any status from another system, useful when parts arrive from a supplier portal or a technician marks work complete elsewhere.
Create a POS sale or invoice
Record an external sale back into Moto Agent as a paid invoice. Include line items, totals, payment method, customer, and staff attribution so reporting stays in one place.
Growth only
Inbound actions require a Growth subscription because they write data into your store.
How to connect
Copy your webhook URL
In your Moto Agent Back office, go to Settings → Zapier and paste the webhook URL from any Zapier 'Webhooks by Zapier' trigger.
Secure with an API key
Moto Agent generates a unique API key for inbound actions. Copy it into Zapier or any tool that can send a Bearer token. Regenerate it anytime without affecting outbound events.
Toggle events on or off
Choose which outbound events fire. If a webhook fails, your POS and store keep running, events are isolated and never block a sale or repair update.
Example Zaps you can build today
- Send every POS sale to a Google Sheet for bookkeeping.
- Post repair status changes to a Slack channel so technicians know what's ready.
- Add new customers to your Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign audience automatically.
- Create a repair ticket in Moto Agent when a Typeform or Google Form is submitted.
- Record Shopify or Square sales back into Moto Agent for unified reporting.
Common questions
Do I need a Zapier paid plan?
Not necessarily. Webhooks by Zapier requires a paid Zapier plan, but many merchants already have one. Outbound triggers use a standard webhook URL.
Do you store my Zapier credentials?
No. We store your webhook URL and a Moto Agent-generated API key. You can regenerate the API key anytime from Settings → Zapier.
What if a webhook fails?
Your store keeps running. Failed webhooks do not block sales, repairs, or customer updates. We isolate the webhook call so it never slows down the POS.
Can I send events to multiple Zaps?
Yes. Paste a single webhook URL in Moto Agent, then use Zapier's built-in paths, filters, or multiple Zaps from that one trigger.
Ready to connect your store?
Zapier setup is available inside your Moto Agent Back office. If you are not on Growth yet, you can still send outbound events today.
Ready to run your whole store on one platform?
We set up the POS, repair bench, online store, AI agents, and marketplace. Turnkey in days, not months.
