Command Center → Team → Employees adds each person with their rank:
- Owner sees everything, including the plan.
- District manager runs the business day to day but not the plan.
- Location manager runs one store: counter, stock, team and its numbers.
- Employee gets the counter plus whatever you tick on.
Everyone gets a four digit register PIN. PINs are always exactly four digits and are stored scrambled, so nobody can read them back, including us.
